First day after installed

As part of our follow-up service, our customer relations team will deliver a text message or email within 24 hours of installation to ensure you are fully informed on what to expect next. DE Energy will outline important points such as what happens if you've switched energy retailers, the Energex process, and making sure your solar system is fully covered by your insurance provider.

DE Energy will touch base after 14 days to ensure you have not experienced any issues with your electricity meter upgrade or re-program process, which usually occurs within this time period. Our customer support team is well-versed in the solar installation process and will be able to answer questions you may have at this stage. This includes providing any technical and app support you may require.

Third Step
As your system has been in operation for three months, you will have a good idea of how it all works and what financial benefits you are receiving. DE Energy will check in with you to ensure you are maximising the benefits of having solar, and will provide you with a link to compare solar feed-in tariffs and potentially switch energy providers to save money. After all, this is probably the most important reason you have chosen to go solar.

15 Month FREE Inspection & Maintenance ( Clean Energy Council Guideline)
Fourth Step
DE Energy offers a dedicated and FREE inspection and maintenance service within 15 months of your installation date (extension available) to ensure your solar system is in optimal health and your investment secured. We all understand the importance of having your car serviced regularly and the same applies to your solar system to maintain its safe and efficient operation. You can contact us any time during this 15 month period, otherwise we will automatically touch base with you to conduct the inspection and any required maintenance FREE OF CHARGE.
