1- Please check the solar system monitor app, and click the "Fault" section to see if there are any faults or error codes displayed, please record the error codes. If there are no faults or error codes displayed, it means the solar system is working and producing,
2- If you have changed your Wifi password or internet retailer, please call 1800 931 668, one of our team member will send you the wifi
re-connection instruction
